A while back, we helped get the word out on Hudson Design & Manufacturing’s Kickstarter Campaign. A year and a half later, after a successful launch, Hudson’s products are still in high demand – despite Esquire’s bullshit declaration that “beards are dead“. Their latest is the Tradesman Beard Comb.
Tradesman Beard Comb
The Tradesman is an update to the popular Capitalist Bear Comb. It is made from rugged Stainless Steel and is designed to fit in a pants pocket or the front pocket of a shirt. Like the Capitalist, it will be popular with Every Day Carry enthusiasts because it features a pocket clip, which can be secured to a bag or pouch, just like a folding knife or flashlight.
I procrastinated and missed out on the Capitalist. I didn’t make the same mistake twice and got in on the first run of the new design. I don’t sport a full beard but I’m hoping the Tradesman will make a great all-around pocket comb. I’ll post some updates in my Gear Diary after I’ve received it.
